Scion Companion Part Three: The Celestial Bureaucracy
This supplement introduces the Celestial Bureaucracy as a new pantheon for Scion campaigns. It details the pantheon’s gods and provides a complete one-to-ten-dot write-up of its Purview, along with new Birthrights, allies, antagonists, and descriptions of its Overworld and Underworld. It also includes a Titan that threatens the Bureaucracy and two ready-to-use sample Scions: one hero and one demigod.
