Scrimmage

A tabletop American football game in which one player controls the offense and the other controls the defense. Players differ in strength and speed, with movement determined by dice rolls; stronger players can block more opponents, while any player can attempt a tackle. The offense secretly chooses whether to run or pass before the play begins, keeping the defense uncertain. On passing plays, receivers move into designated grids while defenders pursue them, and the passer selects the target square when the play develops. Blocking, tackles, fumbles, interceptions, incomplete passes, and broken plays are resolved through movement, dice, and cards.
