Sea Devil
A super-powered character from beneath the sea, Prince Ravas was mistaken for an ocean menace after appearing in New York City and demanding answers about the sinking vessels threatening his home. Once the misunderstanding is resolved, he aids the Allies against the Nazis and later returns to the surface world when the Challenger Foundation calls for help.
