A superhero roleplaying adventure about a warlord who attempts to dispose of Peiter’s body in a river. Instead, a vengeful figure known as the Sea Devil rises from the water to punish those responsible. Players portray heroes who investigate the threat and confront its criminal and supernatural forces.
