A Starfinder Society scenario for 9th- through 12th-level characters. Agents travel to Pholskar, a planet of giants, to investigate the sunken ruins of a fallen sky city. Supported by the progressive bureaucrat Elthel, they navigate political turmoil and conduct an underwater excavation while uncovering the dark secret behind the site.
