An old-school fantasy roleplaying campaign follows independent mercenaries seeking adventure in Pavis County. Their exploits bring them into closer ties with the Cult of Pavis, eventually making them Champions of the Old City. The volume details local clans, cults, the Zebra Tribe, and character creation options, alongside scenarios, maps, gazetteers, and game statistics. It also includes expansion notes for a separate campaign.
