This roleplaying supplement details Section Omega, an Imperial Alliance organization created to regulate psionic powers, investigate their misuse, and address widespread fear of mentalists. It covers the organization’s history, headquarters, membership, methods, and operations against monsters and threats in the Outer World and the shadows. The supplement adds the Id Hunter and Psychic Overseer prestige classes, new magic and psionic items, and more than 25 feats, including Crystal Psiweapon, Layered Psionic Defense, Psionic Deflection, and Psionic Rejuvenation.
