Paul Parsons, the seventh Legacy, is a World War II hero who led soldiers and destroyed Fyodor Ramonat’s war-zeppelins before Baron Blade brought about his fall. Temporal chaos brings him into the present, where he fights alongside modern heroes and meets his son, America’s Finest Legacy, and his granddaughter. He faces an altered Legacy lineage and the possibility of witnessing its downfall.
