Serica: Plains of Dust
A two-player game about trade between the Roman Empire and the Han Dynasty around 200 AD. Players produce trade goods and hire artisans, draft cards into their empires, send caravans across the Silk Road, and develop trade, military, and court opportunities. Players cooperate to move goods along the trade route while competing to buy and build cards on their own side of the map. Built cards provide victory points and may contribute defensive strength, while enemy cards can hinder caravans. The game ends when one player builds ten cards, and the player with the most victory points wins.
