Servants of Plague
Near the peaceful town of Helmsford, a ruined castle harbors infected, half-dead orcs whose filth flows down the river and sickens the townspeople. Players fight the orcs, halt their increasingly deadly raids, and destroy their cult before the river city is overrun and its inhabitants enslaved.
