Shadow Directorate
This short supplement for the Covert Ops role-playing game gives starting operatives more defined roles and responsibilities within their team. It is setting-neutral, using the generic term “Command,” and can support the core setting or any other campaign setting. The supplement also connects underused features from the GM Operations Manual to operatives based on their skillsets, while providing a system for assigning secret-agent-style code numbers.
