More than a decade after the tyrannical Queen Ileosa ruled Korvosa, her ghost begins appearing at sites marked by her cruelty. As conspiracies spread, people disappear, and a prominent religious leader is killed, the city faces a new supernatural threat. This adventure for 11th-level characters centers on investigating the mystery, confronting returning villains, and exploring dangerous locations to uncover the truth and protect Korvosa.
