A dark fantasy campaign setting for Pathfinder, Vathak is a land of harsh terrain, frigid weather, plague, and political conflict. Vampire lords struggle for power while genocidal campaigns and brutal cults spread across the nations. The setting combines gothic horror with Lovecraftian mythos, placing characters in a world on the brink of war with eldritch horrors. It introduces new playable races, character classes, weapons, regions, history, and aberrant creatures for survival-horror adventures.
