Shockwave

A young would-be superhero, Shockwave is a Power Level 10 Rival whose formidable abilities often cause as much collateral damage as the villains she fights. Brash and eager to hit hard, she tears through streets and buildings in pursuit of her targets. She can serve as a troublesome opponent for heroes who seek to limit destruction, or as a powerful ally when the situation calls for a heavy hitter. With minor adjustments, she can also fill the role of a romantic interest or a guest character for a visiting player.
