This weapon supplement examines the development of the M16 rifle platform, from early prototypes through modern variants and related designs. It provides detailed Reflex System statistics for more than 20 rifles, including the M16, M4, AR-10, C7, HK416, and other military and competition models. A modular construction system allows players to assemble customized rifles from more than 100 component combinations. The supplement includes material for Twilight: 2013 and Spycraft 2.0, with weapon and equipment traits, new qualities, and feats.
