Shrine of the Frogmen
An underground fortress inhabited by frog-like humanoids lies beneath the surface, centered around a shrine to their mysterious deity. Adventurers explore three mapped levels, facing breeding pools, living quarters, royal chambers, priests, guards, and defensive corridors. The complex’s armed forces defend it with arrow slits, murder holes, armories, and stores of missiles and other materials. The uppermost level is an abandoned cave dwelling now occupied by underground predators, with a guarded outpost and a cavern overlooking the shrine far below.
