This sourcebook details the Empire’s history, political and social structures, laws, religions, and provinces, with gazetteers covering important settlements. It also includes eight new careers, ready-to-use NPCs, adventure hooks, a map of the Empire, and an introductory adventure set in Bögenhafen.
