Players portray survivors crossing the Lost Lands, confronting ravenous undead, brutal human factions, and the horrors hidden among the rubble. The setting combines post-apocalyptic survival with mysteries, legends, and supernatural figures such as Archangels, Leviathan, and Death himself.
