A flayed Garou corpse found in a landfill recalls the legacy of Samuel Haight, the infamous Skinner who created Skin Dancers by binding stolen werewolf skins to Kinfolk bodies. Although Haight is believed destroyed, his surviving followers may still threaten the Garou Nation. This supplement provides a dark mystery and conflict for Werewolf: The Apocalypse chronicles, involving investigations, Skin Dancers, and the lingering consequences of Haight’s blasphemous experiments.
