A supplement for a science-fiction roleplaying game focused on stellar navies and the people who serve in them. Players can portray enlisted crew, officers, Marines, or covert Deep Black operatives while taking part in military campaigns, planetary invasions, space-station operations, and espionage missions. The book provides naval history, ranks, organization, pay, campaign guidance, rules for large-scale space battles, and sixty adventure seeds. It also adds naval and covert-operations backgrounds, training packages, ship hulls, weapons, fittings, personal equipment, and tools for creating planetary navies and managing their budgets and operations.
