Slaine: The Roleplaying Game of Celtic Heroes (d20)
This d20 role-playing game is set in Tir Nan Og, the Land of the Young, a world drawn from Celtic mythology and the 2000 AD comic strip. Players create warriors, heroes, druids, witches, and thieves, then face tribal conflicts, supernatural beasts, sea demons, and invading armies. The rules include skill-based magic drawn from earth power, warp-spasms that transform warriors, Celtic weapons and battle techniques, poetic taunts, and mass combat for raids and large-scale invasions. The book also provides prestige classes, a bestiary, gods and goddesses, equipment, and guidance for adventures and campaigns. Use requires the Dungeons & Dragons Player’s Handbook, Third Edition.
