Sleep with the Fishes

An Atlantean gangster has flooded a lakeside neighborhood and mutated its residents into water-breathers, holding them hostage while he establishes an underwater dictatorship. Players take the roles of heroes working to free the captives and stop the aquatic crime lord, as the police and army are unable to intervene.
