Slinge's Goons: Petty Loan Shark & His Extortion Gang
In the Free City of Vadashar, loan shark Slinge and his extortion gang operate from a lotus and gaming café near the Arena and the dangerous Warren. The group lends money to gamblers, bookies, and others in need, then uses enforcers and associates to collect payment. This Cypher System supplement introduces Vadashar and details ten NPCs connected to Slinge’s criminal network, along with twelve unique cyphers and artifacts and four adventure hooks for drawing characters into the gang’s sphere of influence. It can be used in any urban fantasy setting.
