An adventure for 11th-level characters, set after their passage through the Desolation. The party approaches the Black Gates of Tsar, guarded by the centuries-old fortress known as the Tower of Weeping Sores, and explores the tower, the gates, and the Walls of Death as a starting point for entering the city.
