Players take on the roles of heroes investigating a street gang determined to install a mysterious piece of technology. A confrontation becomes a chase through Hell’s Kitchen, Times Square, Grand Central Station, and a trap-filled skyscraper, where they face mutant thugs and uncover the mastermind’s sinister secret.
