Strange potions appear along the digestive tract and provide one-use effects when collected. If the Miner picks a potion, it can reroll action dice or reduce incoming bacteria damage. If the Beast claims a potion, it gains energy or may play extra mutation cards. Either player can spend a set of potions to trigger an immediate Ending Number Two and end the game if doing so secures a win.
