Soulbinder
A ten-level psionic prestige class focused on exploiting unwilling members of a worldthought network. Its abilities expand the soulbinding gaze, allowing the character to borrow abilities or directly control those caught in the network. The document includes the complete class write-up, a new psionic feat, and a fully detailed iconic character with background, appearance, equipment, and statistics. It builds on the Society Mind base class from Untapped Classes: Society Mind.
