This sourcebook expands the underground areas beneath the city, including the quarries where it began and Werdenburg, a city beneath the city. It details the factions, smugglers, outcasts, and other inhabitants who use the tunnels, along with the mud cities and slums built into its cracks. It also includes a scenario that sends the guards underground, plus story ideas for continuing adventures in the tunnels.
