Space Gate Odyssey: Barrau
Players compete to establish settlements on a volatile, tectonically active planet where rifts, earthquakes and tsunamis reshape the surface. The board is divided into four areas; players place settlers onto spots following placement restrictions that vary with player count. In two- and three-player games settlers must occupy strictly separate areas, and play ends when all spots in two of the four areas are filled. In four-player games each colonization must avoid a specific prohibited spot and the game ends when one area is fully occupied. Scoring awards Influence points for settlers on incomplete and complete areas, with slight rule differences for the four-player variant.
