The teens of Oak Harbor investigate the legend of a creature that swims in the nearby waters, eats seal heads, and gathers treasure from the wreckage of the Mosquito Fleet. After their friend disappears while searching for the creature’s loot, they must rescue him, evade a dangerous fugitive, and confront a century-old curse. This modern supernatural roleplaying adventure is designed for GURPS.
