This 29-page supplement expands the Galaxy Command campaign setting with three new sentient races that can serve as allies or enemies. Darklighters and Starchildren are rival factions with star-based abilities; one supports Galaxy Command, while the other aids the oppressive WARSTAR regime. It also details Planet Nightmare, a dangerous fringe world whose influence grows through the export of two powerful drugs. The fog-shrouded planet is home to monstrous inhabitants and the cruel Quille Kathrix overlords.
