Blight cultists worship aberrant entities they believe caused the magical Twisting Blight, a plague that transforms those afflicted into aberrations. Through a ritual potion, they can permanently become rubbery, slime-covered creatures that glitter with internal starlight. This PDF presents the creature with lore and suggested tactics for use as a CR 9 aberration in 5e, a level 8 creature in PF2e, or a Threat Level 45 entity in Relict.
