A horror supplement for the Cypher System covering slasher films, vampires, psychological thrillers, monster invasions, zombie apocalypses, demons, and other subgenres. It provides guidance for creating original or adapted horror settings, along with rules for last survivors, ghostly assistance, hallucinations, possession, secret twists, and backup characters. The book includes creatures, artifacts, cyphers, the complete Masters of the Night setting, three full-length adventures, and several Cypher Shorts. The Cypher System Rulebook is required for play.
