Stem & Branch: Spirit Scrolls
This mini-expansion introduces Spirit Scrolls and new paths to victory. Players summon Spirit Animals, then study the elemental scroll matching each animal. Older and more powerful animals offer deeper knowledge, requiring players to spend years on the Year Track to unlock their teachings. Once mastered, the scrolls grant abilities that manipulate the cosmic calendar, alter the board, and affect the passage of time. Combining the elemental powers of different animals creates varied strategic options.
