A giant-sized supplement for Mutants & Masterminds Third Edition featuring two romance-themed superhuman NPCs, Amp and Rail, whose relationship is under strain. It introduces rules for romantic relationships, jealousy, lovers’ quarrels, and other character interactions involving superhuman powers. The download includes character files for Hero Lab, printable character images and standees, new Advantages and Features, and a third hero with art and statistics for use with an adventure seed.
