Stratego Waterloo
Players command Napoleonic-era armies as either the French attacker or the Anglo-allied defender and replay tactical decisions around the 1815 campaign. Units include infantry, cavalry and artillery with special terrain features such as the farm of Hougoumont represented on the board; setup and movable terrain tiles let players recreate the historic battlefield or design fictional engagements. Three rule tiers (basic, standard, expert) adjust complexity and playtime, supporting short skirmishes or full battles that last roughly one to one-and-a-half hours. Gameplay focuses on maneuver, positioning, timing of charges and artillery fire, and managing reinforcements to break or hold defensive lines.
