Stray Virassa: The Lost and Fourteenth Hell
An island of sorcerers and shipwrecked souls serves as the Fourteenth Hell of Mu tradition, where drowned immigrants live as ghosts far from a homeland few can remember clearly. Phantom pirates raid, deposed emperors wage gang wars, and peddlers sell porcelain recovered from wrecks. This rules-less adventure setting draws on diaspora angst, wuxia tropes, and ancient Nanyang Chinese communities. It presents characters, motivations, uneasy relationships, random NPC generators, and a die-drop generator for creating lost and contradictory homelands.
