Subtle Cypher Deck
A deck for generating subtle cyphers in modern, historical, near-future science-fiction, and other realistic settings. These single-use abilities provide believable, minor effects without relying on magical objects, supernatural items, or alien technology. Draw and use cards to add situational abilities to characters during play.
