The Scarlet Moon Empire has ruled much of the Toran region for over two centuries, waging wars under the power of the Sovereign Rune. As oppression and violence spread, resistance begins to form against the Empire’s expansionist rule. Players explore the region, recruit allies from among the 108 Stars of Destiny, develop a headquarters, and lead forces in turn-based battles and larger-scale military conflicts.
