Players take the roles of aspiring leaders in Humerica, building coalitions of political factions to gain votes, wealth, and power. Faction cards provide exploit and surprise abilities, while leader powers and unexpected events can help or hinder opponents. Satirical artwork depicts interest groups, voting blocs, and political candidates. Over ten rounds, players campaign, embezzle funds, play faction abilities, raise money, purchase investments, and compete in three elections, ending with a presidential election. The player with the most power wins.
