This superhero roleplaying expansion adds a feat-based power system to the Modern20 rules, supporting characters from a wide range of comic-book genres, eras, and settings. Powers use no point pool, allowing characters to be created quickly. The book also includes campaign models and adaptable generic NPCs that can be customized with additional feats and skills to represent supervillains and other opponents.
