This expansion adds high-tech attack and defense options for nuclear weapons, L-Stars, neutron bombs, and killer satellites. Players secretly research and develop technologies, then use them with their strategic forces or sell them to other players. It includes four 40-card technology decks—Nuke, Neutron, L-Star, and Killer Satellite. Each card has a Tech Rating from one to five and costs $400 million.
