The first adventure in a series, this scenario follows a party of 1st-level characters confronting a rising tide of chaos in their republic. Alien entities disrupt the land, rivers, forests, hills, and people, creating a conflict that is not framed as a simple struggle between good and evil. Characters can advance one level during the adventure. Requires The Black Hack ruleset.
