Set against the occult research of Nazi scientist Reiner Oswald, this d20 Modern supplement explores Project Tier Innen, an attempt to uncover and reproduce the truth behind lycanthropy. It includes six were-animal templates, transformation classes for player characters who become synthetic lycanthropes, adventure hooks, and rules for using the material with Catalyst 13.
