Tannhäuser: Mizu
Mizu Kage serves as an international liaison for the Shōgunate, gathering information from its Reich allies while navigating a fragile alliance. Armed with sai blades, shuriken, and happo, she can fight directly or infiltrate enemy positions unseen. As a Shōgunate member, she can join forces with Reich characters under the Nippon Accords or form part of a team made entirely of Shōgunate characters.
