In the Vale of Valtaerna, the party leads an army of darkness against the sacred stronghold of Mitra, a benevolent god. As villains seeking to establish themselves as masters of evil, they must assault the holy site and overcome priests, celestials, and other defenders. This adventure for 10th-level characters includes a large-scale narrative battle, maps and artwork, a gazetteer of Ghastenhall, and background on the Church of Mitra.
