Sabotage Incorporated is a group of super-science criminals who emerge from the meta-crime underworld to target legitimate researchers and scientists. This collection presents five technology-themed villains for Mutants & Masterminds, each at Power Level 10 and suitable as enemies or rivals for a variety of hero groups. It also includes adventure hooks and an accompanying map.
