A supplement for Mutants & Masterminds Third Edition that helps Game Masters create minions, villains, and background characters with less preparation. It provides 18 pre-built templates that can be applied to existing stat blocks, transforming creatures and NPCs into new challenges such as defense drones, spies, or fire-breathing kaiju. The supplement also includes five complete NPCs with backgrounds and artwork, including supernatural Hadean wolves and the powerful Overbear.
