Terror Inc. returns under the command of Muerte, who survived an attempt on his life and the destruction of his island fortress. With his technology and wealth stolen, he rebuilds the organization and seeks to restore its power. Players confront Muerte and his forces in a battle to stop Terror Inc. from threatening the world.
