This sourcebook describes Thalassa, the ruined former capital of the Sea Masters, along with Nyktoros and southern Chryseia. Once devastated by war, demons, and the elements, the city now shelters beggars, smugglers, thieves, fishermen, merchants, and artisans. Its hidden Beggar King maintains order while exiled wizards, nobles, and followers of dark powers seek refuge within the ruins. The book presents locations, factions, mysteries, and dangers for adventures in and around the city. Active spells, demons, ancient artifacts, and the curse behind the Beggar King's identity draw treasure hunters into the ruins. An expanded rules section introduces the Order of the Death Weavers and includes rules for the Death Weaver character class.
